How Can neck Pain Along With Upper Back Pain Be Treated?

I suffer from chronic neck and upper back pain and nothing is working. I am currently going to pain mgt, but can t get them to understand the hydrocodone and Zanaflex in addition to the facet injections are not giving me any relief. Is there something else I can try. I have suffered off and on for 20 years and now seems to be awful all the time

it appears to be cervical spondilytis. take neck color worm phomantation in neck. apply analgesic ointment externally take tab combiflam twice daily for ten days. use hard bed and avoidpillow during sleep. can take xray neck and get examined by orthopaedic surgeon.
